- October was a great month for Jake Removals with our movers conducting hundreds of moves this month which is a great outcome considering the cold weather we experienced during this month.
- Saying goodbye to the cold winter months and warmly welcoming the much nicer spring season we are preparing for the magnitude of bookings expected coming into the warmer months of the year and the holiday season, yes it is almost Christmas already.
- October was filled with meeting lots of lovely new customers and guiding them through the ins and outs of furniture removal as many of them had never hired a removalist before.
- We also had as per usual many returning loyal customers that we have collected through the years which is always great as it reinforces the hard work that we put into assisting clients with the best service possible to ensure smooth and stress free moves.
- We also said goodbye to some staff who have continued on their travel journeys around the world which is bitter sweet as we have also welcomed new offsider staff to assist our veteran furniture removalists and who in turn will guide and mould them to become great and hard working furniture removalists and becoming integral parts of Jake Removals.
- We have also been updating our systems which we do monthly to guarantee all systems are running smoothly and improving on anything we think will further progress Jake removals to the front of the pack. Updates include improvements that provide better customer relations and services, company productivity and employer/employee work/life balance and satisfaction.
