The Summer month of January has been great for the team here at Jake Removals

We have welcomed hundreds of new and existing customers moved through January, through the stormy rainy torrential Summer days to the scorching heat and sometimes the hurricane like winds which for Victoria is standard.

We have also recruited new staff members throughout the month to assist with our moves as the company continues to grow in popularity through word of mouth by our extremely happy new and existing loyal customers.

We feel extremely lucky and blessed to be part of such a great team and to also be involved in an industry which has seen very little impact though the devastating COVID-19 pandemic.

Throughout this time we continue to gladly adhere to the safety guidelines provided by the Victorian Government to ensure all staff members and customers are as safe as possible during this everchanging and unforgettable moment in history.

We also continue to evolve our online booking and phone systems, trucks and work place protocols to ensure we are at the top of our game to guarantee we can operate as best as possible and offer the highest level or customer service.

Occasionally we have had to adapt the working environment like many to between the office and from home on multiple occasions which provided some interesting challenges but nothing we could not handle.

My personal challenge highlights would be my two small dogs deciding to bark and chase each other throughout the house during an important phone call or my partner deciding to make a coffee on the noisy espresso machine whilst having a loud conversation oblivious to me working.
