• Our customer Eilleen was going through a change in her life with work and requested the assistance with and interstate move. Gathering up all her belongings she was moving from Lyneham North in the ACT and coming to join us in Victoria to the suburb of Box Hill North.
• Eileen advised us that she would be moving from her large 3 bedroom home containing many years of collected belongings of all natures from your typical living room furniture to paintings, plants and many other miscellaneous items.
• As an interstate move is understandably quite long and this move would be conducted over 2 days.
• Interstate moves generally involve travelling to the pickup on the first day and loading all the items into the truck to then hold overnight and move the following day.
• As not all the movers have the time or ability to undergo an interstate move due to other daily commitments at home it is generally a volunteer situation as to who doesn’t mind travelling the long distance and to stay overnight in another state.
• Our team decided for this move were our very experienced movers Eric and Kevin. A great couple of guys who always go above and beyond to help any of our customers. Both reliable, hard working, friendly and strong. They have been workers with our company for many years now and have gained themselves a great reputation in the industry.
• With the move the guys had decided to leave very early on the morning of the 4^th at 7am from our depot as they had a very long drive ahead of them expecting to arrive in Canberra around 5pm.
• Once the guys arrived they loaded everything into the 8T truck which would be perfect for your standard 3 bedroom property to guarantee it would all fit in one trip which is absolutely necessary for an interstate move.
• This move also included a much loved upright piano which is an item that requires much more attention than your standard household item due to the size and weight and requires and specially designed piano trolley and the use of ramps for any steps at the properties.
• The guys are very professional and use all furniture blankets, wrappings and any equipment necessary to complete the load with no damage to any item or property.
• Once everything was loaded the guys settled in for a night in Canberra to get a good nights after a hard days work rest before the following day to complete the rest of the move.
• The following morning the movers continued on their journey back to Victoria to Box Hill North to reunite with the customer Eileen at her new property.
• All items were carefully placed in their new dwellings with the utmost care at the delight of Eilleen.
• Eilleen sent us through an email afterwards stating “Thank you a lot and also your staff Kevin and Eric for the good work. I will recommend you to all my friends. I have given the best feedback wording I was able to think of. Many thanks again and kindest regards”.
