I just wanted to share my disappointment on yesterday.
The 2 movers took a 30 min break ended up taking over an hour and we were told no time could be removed
We 6 minutes over falling into another 30 minute block
They also filled up with fuel on the way and considering we pay a fuel surcharge this should have been done before
We used you to move almost 2 years ago and the exact same situation happened
The worker finished the job went back to get his iPad and it ticked over 2 minutes so we had to pay
Incredible unfair
Note: had a chat with Kate, she is happy to pay 6.5 hours. updated invoice just sent to her. all happy now.
