They took care with each piece of furniture and also informed us of any broken parts (of furniture which we were already aware of) before moving them out so there were no disputes later. On arrival to the new property they were extra careful (being a new house) and were more than happy to take our directions on where furniture and boxes were going. We were impressed they used trolleys and ramps as much as possible as well. The move was complete 30 minutes earlier than we expected, saving us some money. Highly recommend! Only giving 4 stars as some large branches were cut off on the nature strip at the rental which we were left to deal with and no communication was given about this.
